2. Data collected

This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. Your browsing behaviour is not analysed. Only the technically necessary access data is processed by the hosting provider (see section 3). Data is transmitted encrypted via SSL/TLS. The self-screening tool integrated at “/lumen” processes your answers exclusively locally in your browser (localStorage) — health-related data (Art. 9 GDPR) never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

3. Hosting

Hosted by Netlify Inc. (USA). The transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Netlify is certified) and additionally on Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR. IP addresses are processed server-side but not stored long-term.

4. Fonts

Fonts (Playfair Display, Inter) are self-hosted via Fontsource. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts or other third parties.

5. Email contact

When contacting via email, the transmitted data is used solely to process the request and deleted after completion, unless statutory retention periods apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw any given consent at any time with future effect (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Requests: hallo@christianregler.com.

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of your personal data (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
